I've been researching donkey milk. There are donkey milk farms and it sells for a high price. I'm curious.

We had a family from Mongolia stay at our BnB a couple years ago. Some of them had horses and donkeys they made a fermented drink from the milk.

Those deer milkers on New Zealand tried at first to milk Wapati (elk). But the milkers did not like the females towering over them.
