I had to snap a picture of this pair. This cow is Comm. mainly angus cow the would weigh a 1000 lbs. or less is my guess. This is her third calf a steer. I'd like to have more of them like her. I thought I'd share this cause I thought she'd earned it. :tiphat: B&G
 
Had a Heredord cross like that, her calves would look almost as big as her. Nice pair there!

I'd love to have a heard like that. That is what I'm striving for in my heard. 1100lb cows that wean 600lb calves! Haven't got there yet but I have a couple like that right now. They'll hold their condition but it doesn't take long for it to show up when grass gets thin. Sufficient grass and they'll keep trucking. I'll let you know when I get the formula right. ;-)
