He has got some legs on him. He looks a bit raw at the moment but I'm sure he will look a lot different with a bit of condition on him as in a bit more bull like neck. The angles of his legs look OK

He has all the parts, but the total assembly is not the best. Well, might be missing that left eye. Might be good for a low input program. Looks like he might have experience there.
