I was feeling depressed last week, so I called the Mental Health Help Line. Like all other call centers, it has been out- sourced to a third world location. When I told the operator in Pakistan that I was feeling suicidal, he got very excited and wanted to know if I could drive a truck or fly a plane. :shock:

I got his "joke" the other day and made a decision not to forward it on to anybody or post it to any board in respect to those who died in 911 or after defending our country.

Nah, I don't idolize politicians of any stripe. Nor do I hate any of them. Now if you want to talk about having no respect or confidence in certain (many!) of them, well that is a different story.

Don't care for liars no matter what their political persuasion, but I DO recognize the difference between a lie about personal indiscretion and one that sends a nation to war.

Hope that wasn't so political to get this locked, but then it wouldn't be my first. :tiphat:

It probably would have been a funnier joke last week.

We lost one of the neighbor kids to a suicide bomber last weekend. He was paassing out toys and candy to kids. Three soldiers and three kids killed.
