Put some gentle cows back in the pasture with the calf.

Feed all of them treats a couple of times a day, hang back and watch so she gets used to the routine and you being around. It may take a long time to get her calm though.

I second putting more back in with it and being patient.
Or hire someone to come catch it with dogs or a trank gun.

If the cows you moved were gentle and she would not lot up with them then I would go with some good well trained dogs
if she is drinking from a trouth move it to the lot let her use it for a few days then shut her out for about 3 days then open it back up and it does not usely take long for them to go get water when reopened.then you got her if you can get the gate shut.if she is a hard to handle at a young age she needs to go to town or she will just be a problem later on down the road

walked up to the pen this morning and she was standing by the gait wanting fed.... put some feed in the trough and closed the gate on her.... thanks to all that posted
