What does it mean when I see Stickey on these boards. I have seen the same thing on another board. The reason I even care to ask is that this one particular question and answer board I want to ask questions on does not let me even though I registered with them. Then I noticed that usually at the top of the topics this Stickey thing is going on. What the heck!!!!!!!!!!!

A ''stickey'' is a post usually by a moderator ,that stays at the top of the list for all to see. It does not move down as new posts are made. Usualy it is rules or information.
