Day 1 of NFR cancelled

Strange but I have seen that news on 2 different sites but can find nothing direct from the PRCA. What I did see said there was a shooting on the UNLV campus yesterday that left 3 dead and 1 seriously wounded. It said that because of that they are cancelling performance #1. One would think that this would be splashed all over the PRCA and the WNFR websites.

Stetson Wright is turning out the rest of the NFR. He has a damaged hamstring muscle. Already had surgery scheduled for after the NFR. After falling off his first three head a decision was made. Not an easy on him decision when he was sitting in first place in the world in both the bull riding and saddle bronc. But when something is wrong you have to take the time to get it fixed.
