Tsk, tsk, tsk.

My heart is bleeding buckets of purple p*** for you.

I am running animals through the chute today with wife.

Temp is zero F or minus 22 C.

BY the time we are done we will both have worked up a sweat.

C'mon up anytime. It is a great temp to work outside in.

When we are finished we can sit on the truck tailgate and have some lunch.

Think you should move here to Alberta where it's warm! Going to be 33 F today and that is cold for us lately. By Saturday back up to 57! I am loving this winter!!! :D

It was 20F here this morning, crystal clear without any wind. I'll take that over a warmer day with wind anytime. I can take the cold but that wind goes straight through me.

We are still knee deep in mud here but it's clear and should hit 60 today...feels like spring.

Alan

High today of 28 degrees but a bit of wind, I guess they said wind chill it is like 13 degrees today. Looking forward to maybe a couple of inches of snow this afternoon, personally I would like nothing more than a raging blizzard :D

January was so mild, the only snow around is the piles remaining from snow removal. Ground is showing pretty much everywhere else. Depressing....

It was -14 celcius here today (a little less than 7 F I think...) And didn't I just have a photography lab outside... wearing gloves and hats just doesn't allow the good shots... so an hour and a half later my hands near died ;)

Quite a change from the unseasonably warm weather we have been having...

Still waiting on a normal winter though... I lived in Winterpeg, Manisnowba... I am used to minus thirties!!

Couldn't live there. I could probably handle the weather, but I'd never be able to pronounce the name! 8)

Anywhere between -10C and -20C is good weather for working animals I figure. Maybe its a Canuck thing Bez

Yup - a great day today - temperature warmed right up to almost minus 10 C or about 20 degrees F.

Wife and I managed to run a few through - around 20 youngsters - the chute and stick them with needles. I have a small dilemma though - which bul calf to keep whole?

We are nutting tomorrow morning and I have two that I cannot make up my mind on.

Perhaps I will let someone else decide for me.

Regards,

Bez!

Why not keep both of them and let them grow out a little more? Just a suggestion.

Howdy,
I have heard is changing like crazy. The latest for my area is gone from a dusting to something like 12 inches now...

Whopping 38F here this morning. Cold doesn't bother me it's the wind pulling the heat off of you. Then add a little horseback through the swamp hunting bulls, getting your boots and legs wet, you get a recipe for cold in Florida. Dang whip sheds fog when you crack it. At least the deer seem happy.
