Grassland around here is going from $675.00 to $1000.00 an acre. People are buying it up for private hunting. What is the price in your area?

$9000 with no road frontage no improvements and out a ways to $20,000 closer in on county road.
I think when I retire I'm moveing to Kansas, back to Texas for the winter.

Here in Tennessee the rolling ground has gone up to about the same price as row crop land. Anywhere from $1500 to $2500. This is in the middle of nowhere. Closest big town is 30 miles away.

Land around here goes for about 2500 an acre.
