This summer my grandson an i are planning on going to some of the classic tractor shows in your state.
I need to know if i need any special permits or license before crossing the mighty Miss. river an entering your state. The only thing we,ll leave is tracks an a few dollars here an there, an only going to take a couple of gallons of shine from Johnson City. TN.
