Cow's condition after birth

Had a calf 3weeks to a month ago. She is bigger now then she was before she had the calf. Is it possible the she could still have a calf inside? She acts healthy, calf is healthy. Just don't understand why she looks like she's fixing to have another calf.

If she had a dead calf inside her for 3 weeks, she wouldnt be in good condition. I have a cow that the day she has her calf, she looks bigger. I'm guessing if all is well, she's fine.
