TRR is in Cottle county TX (west of the town of Paducah)
The owner is from Louisiana I think, I've never met him, but he hired Tom Moorehouse to run the ranch.
His brother Bob managed the Pitchfork(not too far from TRR) for 20 plus years
They are great group of people.
They compete in a lot of ranch rodeo's have a good horse program and raise some good horses.
They are a family oriented group of people and they host a few events from time to time at the ranch, such as a Easter egg hunt and church service to all that want to attend.
The ranch people, community are tight knit and help each other, it's so different that what most have ever experienced, it's like going back in time a 100 years
 
I gave up TV well over a year ago. I've been watching these online. Thanks for posting.

I have cable, which includes rfdtv. They tended to play the same programs over and over, so when I quit tv I just quit it to. They must have brought that program on after I stopped. I enjoy seeing how people do things in different parts of country. The young man that host the show has a strong witness as well. Very enjoyable to watch. I would recomend it to anyone.
 
They will have a hard time staying on the air or net. Great show when it's about cowboy's and what they do. But I don't watch shows that preach to me, I don't need to be told what to do. Duck Dynasty shows the right path, in the right way to me. I love the Lord but come on, If I want to be preached to I will go to church.

I agree that some go overboard at times and with some of them "A little dab will do ya".
