Hi All-
I have a cow that is what you would call "a robust girl" she is an ex-show heifer that had a calf then stood around for a couple of years without having one so she got a bit big. We brought her home & started working on her weight, got her bred & she calved in January. I noticed yesterday that she has a couple of quarter sized sores on one side of her bad up hight where the inside of her leg would rub. I'm running her up today to look closer & clean them up & treat them. Any suggestions of what I should do for her?? It doesn't seem to be bothering her.
Thanks for the input.

I would do just as you said you were going to do. Treat her, and see how it does. She will probably heal with no problems.
I had a cow last summer with a fairly huge bag, and one of her teats got ripped somehow, but I just watched it and never did anything to her. It got better, and the calf still got plenty of milk. Now, shes all healed up, and cant even tell she had a problem.

Put "BagBalm" on it.
yes rubb baggbalm on those sores.they are caused from her bagg rubbing the inside of her leg.an baggbalm will clear it right up.
