cow limps in the hind-end after calving?

Had a cow calve 2-3 days ago, unassisted and now she limps in her rear end, one leg/hip seems pretty tender and I'm looking for ideas. i thought maybe she pinched a nerve. She may be improving but otherwise looks pretty tender. Any ideas?

She probably pinched a nerve. With her still moving around I would expect it to get better within a week to 10 days. I've had that several times.
