Cow laying down/getting back up

I have a 4 month bred cow. Today I noticed that she would walk around a few moments, and then she would lay down for about a minute or two get up and repeat the process again. She's eating hay and grain well, does anyone know if I have a sick cow on my hands. Thanks PJ

My first guess is that she has/had a bellie ache. Another possibility is that she is not pregnant and she is being restless prior to coming into heat. Jeanne
