Cow hair color change

I bought a white cow, but it worries me that her hair color changed after a while, as it became black.

What breed is she supposed to be? Short horns can change color between winter and summer hair coats. I've seen white parks loose and gain spots between hair coats.
I don't think you have any thing to worry about.
