Depending on the time frame since she calved it could be either a displaced abomosum (DA) or nerve damage from calving.

round baled hay, just like the rest of the heard. She got bigger than normal oh at least 1-2 months prior to calving. Thats why we thought she might be carrying twins

I'd get at least a half gallon of X-tra Heavy mineral oil down her if you think she's impacted. If it doesn't move out in 6 or 8 hours she probably has another problem. Good luck with her.
