I noticed she has been slower moving last couple of days and now she is down. She has swollen membrane protruding from the tops of eyes and a pool of diarrhea. I suspect she could have eaten something poisonous from the shed when a gate was left open and she got into it. Any suggestions?

If were me, look at what you think may have been consumed would do, and call your vet.....

Yeah, call the vet, and until he can see her, I'd try and keep her hydrated
Pinch and release the skin on her neck, if it takes a while to flatten back out, she's dehydrated

That sounds like lymphoma to me.
