Cow/calf with lice

New to cattle and to site. I have a Scottish Highland cow that was itchy -- has lice (not bad). Calf does not have any yet -- what is recommended as calf is nursing of course and we also milk her for small amount of milk for the fam. TIA. :help:

I'll bet that if the cow has lice, the calf does, too - you've just not noticed them. Yet.
