What fertilizer do you use for garden purposes and your style of application for best results.

I work in aged cow pooh at planting, then side dress with 13-13-13 when the sweet corn is about 12"tall. Sometimes use some lime to keep the ph 1/2 way decent.

for my 319 acres of corn I used a planter lol.. Garden I use my cultivator.

Garden sets next to a hay field....used to just pull the fertilizer spreader real close and let her rip then swing back around through the yard. Haven't fertilized in 3 years now and am thinking about picking up some triple 13....if they still stock it somewhere in bags. :lol2:

I use 13-13-13 at planting, 1#/50' row (1#=1 pint). Side dress at 1' tall again at 3'. Use 34-0-0 same amount 1#/50' row both times.

Garden: kelp,compost,fish emulsion, sugar.
