all the talk about cooking dressing an stuffing reminded me of a safty tip.most people mix up their dressing the nite before an put it in the fridge.an cook it the next morning.an thats ok.but NEVER put raw eggs in till you get ready to cook the dressing.because the eggs could ruin over nite an make you sick.
