Just wondering if anyone contracts their fat cattle and if so, how one go's about doing it.
Average weight and price by a specific date?

That PMBeef looks like an interesting program! I drive by there once in awhile, will have to stop in for a look.

Do they take anything but black cattle?

They accept colorered cattle, no dairy, and none of those odd hobby farm breeds either. They don't like big cattle either, drag when on the chain.
