What a day! This is the big one that I thought was gonna hit me that same day as the one you posted. We ended up getting a much smaller one instead.

Then it time to get the blow dryers and compressors out to make some wind :p

Drove past a windmill this weekend, wind was pumping but windmill was too far in on private property to get a good shot. Got a whole lot of other pics to choose from but it's quite a difficult one.

This contest is not about the 'strongest' or most 'hectic' wind...just capture the wind at work blowing something about...hair, beer can, newspaper, trees, grass, windmill, turbine, boat sails etc ;-)

I have only received one entry so we had better make some wind :D

Yep. That video is the same one that had just left Hackleburg.
It got ruff back your way this evening, did you fare ok...news showed some damage...

It mostly stayed north of me. Some friends got some trees knocked down and I think their loafing barn caved in. Several others I haven't heard back from yet. Any thing near you?

Tho it doesn't look like it, this is wind...or caused by it anyway.
Dust storm in San Angelo Tx. Looking out at the mall toward ASU.
It came a light rain that night too and both our vehicles were covered in mud the next morning.
