What were you on when you took the picture?
{Maybe I should reword this}
Were you on an ATV when you took this picture?
The first question just didn't sound right. {G.W. said}

lol... I just pulled up in our Kawasaki Mule and I was sitting on the back beside the bag of cubes. They know when the Mule is there they will probably get something to eat.

I think you might be right. I had just gotten a new pair, I think they wanted to see what kind they were. :)

I don't know if I would like to see that running at me or not! :shock:

It can get pretty tense sometimes. Most of them old show cows have no problem getting right up beside you to get food. Thats why we always carry some form of cane or stick with us, helps keep 'em back a little. And we start putting the cubes out a good hundred yards from them, that way by the time they get to us we usually have them all out.

My husband had Longhrons for a while and the scared the be nice outa me. Guess I saw too many cattle drive movies as a child. They are beautiful, though. Ours were hard on fences and each other at times. Not that horns alone are something to be scared of. I don't like anything that size taking a run at me, and I would be glad to have a pipe fence between us! Great pic! :D
