I sure hope none of our Colorado CT members where near the theatre shooting last night. A very tragic situation and my heart goes out to the families of the dead and to the wounded. It is interesting how 0 details about the shooter are being released to the media.......Islamic perhaps?
 
Guy was born in 1986 they said, car had tenn plates on it, and they said he was a citizen that was unknown to FBI and wasn't being watched or on any lists.
 
I'm curious about the demographics. What type people go to watch batman at 12:30am during a work week? With a 6 year old? Tragic, and my thoughts are with the families.
 
My 19 year old college student daughter went to a midnight showing last night she was with a few of her friends. Tragedies like this really make you pause don't they?

My son is about the same age as your daughter. He works evenings so he doesn't have to get up early. He goes to every midnight debut of major movies. He was at the midnight showing last night in Tullahoma. It really does make you pause. If it can happen in Aurora, CO it can happen anywhere.

Read an article about it a few minutes ago and they say the suspect's apartment is booby-trapped with lots of ammunition inside. Might want to say a little prayer for the bomb squad, too.

And prayers for swift, decisive, and eternal justice for the sub-human scum who would do such a thing.
 
Yep.. a tragic event for sure. I was just sad that someone didnt take the shooter out, so the state wouldnt have to support his lowlife the rest of his life.
 
Guy just dropped out of CU and was a Neuroscience major from what we are hearing. Originally from SanDiego. Shot all those folks and then quit on his own and went outside to wait for the Cops. He also booby trapped his Apartment to try to kill some cops.

Yes he is a sick boy......That theatre is 5 min from my son's house. Thank God they don't take the baby to midnight movies.!

Someone should have shot him in the head. This is America people. If you want to go to a movie you don't need everyone's approval.
 
There have been nut's for a long time we had the one back in the teen's or twenties that blew up the school house full of kid's in Wi. or mi somewhere. There will alway's be loose screw's.
This is why people should pack you might be a victim but not a helpless one.
I never leave home with out one.
These cowards wouldn't be near as brave with lead coming back there way.
They should hang him on the court house square for all the world to see.

Maybe but I can assure you this, you shoot at me if I can still pull the trigger I am returning fire.
The only thing I can see making this worse is being at a gunfight without a gun.
