Circling in a cow

My boss discovered 1 of his cows was circling and disoriented. Is this lysteria? or Encephalitis?

Listeriosis is also contagious to humans causing a disease of the membranes surrounding the brain. (meningoencephalitis).

I'd check for lead poisoning, If i remember right, that is a symptom

Might want to test for that if you are thinking of sending her someplace to be eaten as well
