It's tax time almost, so I've been digging in drawers and files. Thumbing through my production records I have noticed I have a few cows that go a little long between calves. When calves are high I'm like why sell a cow that goes 14 months. Atleast she does go. I know many will question that thought process, so lets not debate it. My question is has anyone had any luck inserting a CIDR in a slow breeder that you intended to just live cover. I learned to ai years ago. Evidently before that technology existed. I still ai a sprinkling, using observed heat. I never developed a taste for syncing. I see everybody explaining there protocol for ai, and wondered if the CIDR had a practical application for a guy like me.
