Chuck Norris Died Yesterday

Chuck Norris died yesterday, Thursday March 19th. I hated to hear that. He was 86 years old. Always liked watching "Walker Texas Ranger." The jokes they told about Chuck used to really crack me up. I know he must have enjoyed listening to all they told. He seemed to have a good sense of humor. Seemed like a nice guy.

Chuck Norris actually died 20 years ago.

It just took Death until now to build up the courage to tell him.

Ten days ago, on his 86 birthday he was still leveling up. Like Elvis he will be around at least 20 more years.

I met him briefly back during his Walker Texas Ranger days. My wife and I were in the back room of a little restaurant in Waller when we heard a commotion up front. The he and several other people came in and sat down at a table near us.

I felt a little sorry for him. He couldn't eat his meal in peace because people kept coming to his table, but he was friendly and gracious every time

It was shortly after he bought the place near Navasota, so as we were leaving I stopped just looking enough to welcome him to the neighborhood and then we went on about our business.
