She has major problems right now! My earnest suggestion would be for you to not be barn blind, and to replace this cow before her next calf.

I agree with the cow raising her last calf for me (if she were mine). She's a nice enough cow otherwise to make you money, but that udder has some serious issues that will just compound with each additional calf.
Case in point, is I bought a group of limo cows late last year, and one of the better cows dropped a calf a week later...but the cow had what I refer to as a yam teat and her teats were so swollen when the calf dropped that the calf couldn't nurse on his own, and only one teat was normal sized. We had to manually help the calf out for about 3 to 5 days until he gained enough strength to figure it out how to suck on the tips. The calf is OUTSTANDING, but he and the cow will go to the sale barn as soon as he is weaned late this month. I want cows that require to be penned and handled only when they're worked as a group, and not due to "special" circumstances.
