Caustic and Missing the Point

I don't get why some get all worked up about CB. Go to any sale barn in Texas, you will meet 10 cattleman just like CB. The mans knows the cattle business, has a some strong opinions and gives it to you hard and straight. I guess it's a cultural thing, to Texas. My grandfather (cotton and cattle) was the same way, if not worse.

Just for fun, what Caustic Bruno means:

Caustic - capable of destorying living tissue; sarcastic.

Bruno - It is of Old German origin, and its meaning is "brown." Used as a name in the ruling families of Germany during the Middle Ages. Saint Bruno (10th century) was the founder of the Carthusian order of monks.

Hadn't thought of it being a Texas thing but it may be because I feel right at home. Dun also gives it to you straight just in a way that you don't realize it.
