Cattle Shots and worming question

I would like to put in place on my farm a program that all cattle that I purchase go thru my own version of Shots and Worming program as they are unloaded. This is because sellers (at times) have been known to over report what they have actually done.

I would then keep them separated for a week just because that is what I like to do to keep from bringing something in with them.

If a few cattle end up with double doses should that be an issue ?

The only way it could be an issue is if they are bred. Mlv could pose a problem if doubled up. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it
