I have never seen federal government's un-Constitutional attempts to "fix" any problem( real or concocted ).... education poverty, racism, housing, and God help us, the last attempt, health insurance.... do anything more than make it worse, and more expensive. This is why the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution to FORBID the federal government to interfere in anything other than raising and maintaining an army and nay, and a court system to address grievances between the states. The US Dept of ( fill in the blank)..all of them...are in direct violation of our Constitution. This will be no different.
