I had a sheeted tub and alley system for a long time. I sold it and bought an unsheeted system. I like it even better. No change in how my cattle move through it, and I can get to them easier.
When I am gentling down calves I can pet and brush them while in the alley. So for me it works better.

I have a half sweep at a lease place and have not been overly pleased with it. It works, but not near as easy as a bud box. After I bought the first set with the half sweep when I went back for another set at another lease place the guy who builds my panels talked me in to the bud box. Looking at pulling the half sweep next year and getting a bud box there also.
