A FRIEND OF MINE THAT NEW I WAS LOOKING FOR A COUPLE HUNDRED CALVES TO FEED ,SENT ME A WEBSITE WITH SOME LISTED ON IT.I AM COURIOUS AS TO HOW LEGITIMATE SOMETHING LIKE THIS IS,THE SITE LOOKS FAIRLY NEW?
I WAS LOOKING AT THE 200 HEAD OF HEIFERS.

It may be legit, but the pictures don't help em' sell. I'd be looking for another source, if it was me. I agree the site looks new. Not many listings. I would'nt take the chance, til it's proven itself. There's just too many other ways and places to buy cattle. Just my 2 cents worth.

I think that Frontier Stockyards is a reputation outfit. The info on the hfrs sounds good, but you need to drive out and look at the cattle and have a solid contract drawn up and signed if you wanna buy the hfrs.

IMO - the web site looks poorly put-together so my first impression is that it is a small operation that doesn't have a "computer person" or it is someone that doesn't have much business savvy. I would look elsewhere.
 
Um... web site is a fine place to START...but would you really even consider buying cattle with out seeing them, checking records, health, up close and personal,etc?

Would you buy a truck with out looking under the hood, and taking a good test drive, looking at the repair records?...........

Would you marry a woman without...........well, maybe you got my point with out any more being said. :P
