Yes, that story is true. I know of a couple of divers that said there were cats big enough to swallow a man. They also said they had barnacles on them. I have never heard of one of these bigguns getting caught. Until then its only a story.

A few years ago a couple of fishermen caught a humongous GAR on the Brazos River.. it was over 8 ft. long. Talk about UGLY! What in the world would a person do with a thing like that? :roll:
