I wonder if some of you might help me interpret carcass data on a feedout study on Dexters (seriously, please don't laugh!). (1) What is "dress %" and what is considered good? (2) What's the avg. ribeye area on an Angus or other large breed? (3) What is "KPH %"? (4) What is "REA/100# Car cwt"? (5) What is "Yield Grade"? (6) What is considered a good "ADG"?
