Not mine--but it was cut down about the same latitude in mid Fla as I live at. I do not have a picture or description of the leaves. Described as a fast growing "trash tree" with lots of sap when it was cut. Bark does not look like Chinese Tallow at that stage of growth either, but might be China Berry--I've never cut down a china berry tree..
Bark makes me think of Mimosa but it doesn't look like mimosa wood on the inside.
Some kind of Beech Tree? (ignore the blue tint lens they used)
