You have to post them elsewhere on the internet then use the IMG command at the top of the post window and copy and paste the photo address between the img command brackets. I used to use Ranchers but then had a lot of trouble with that. Now use Photobucket which seems to work well once you get the hang of it. There is a photo tutorial at the top of the beginners board here. Good luck.
