Can someone crop a pic for me?

I have a pic I want to post here, but it needs to be enlarged a bit and cropped down, I don't have the software to do it. Would someone mind letting me pm it to them or email it to them and have them touch it up and send it back.

I'm not sure what's involved, but if it is not too much my thanks would be with you.
