can my mare have access to crystalix cattle tubs?

Hello all, my 6yr old qh mare is in pasture with three coming first calve heifers and one old cow and puny calf around the barn. My dad went and bought some 20% fly control tubs for the other cows and we put one out for everyone up by the barn keeping the grass down. Is this too much for her? she isnt bred nor does she have a foal on her side. Thanks

Safe Rule of Thumb: Never feed any cattle or other species feed or mineral to Horses!

Thanks to all for the info. I took your advice and consulted with the manufacturer and just bought a tub for both the mare and cattle to be happy with. :cboy:
