I think BB and Piedmontese meat should be the same, but I'm not sure. I ate a Piedmontese crossed with 1/2 Jersey and I don't remember what the other half was now, but it was some fine eating.
Your cattle don't look like dairy animals.

That calf is out of one of the best cows (she is half dairy).His dam is half sister to the last borned calf's this year dam( the same dairy dam, two different BB sires).
