How is the meat of a Belgian Blue compare to a Piedmontese? With the double muscling, I would think it would be the same. The Piedmontese beef cuts with a fork and has little fat.
I ate a Piedmontese crossed with 1/2 Jersey and I don't remember what the other half was now, but it was some fine eating.
Your cattle don't look like dairy animals.
The third picture up from the bottom is a fine calf.

I think BB and Piedmontese meat should be the same, but I'm not sure. We've tasted just Charolais cross bull's meat two or three years ago.

That calf is out of one of the best cows (she is half dairy).His dam is half sister to the last borned calf's this year dam( the same dairy dam, two different BB sires).
