to bring in a steer. We can take him in on July 20th. Dang, everyone and their dog must be putting beef in the freezer. I don't remember having to wait that long in the past. I'm almost out of beef, yikes.

The one we like to use always is full. Better call a month out or more. The bad ones are easy to get in to.

Most of them can fit one in this time of year. But Mid August through early November will already be booked up. The best you could hope for in that time frame is a cancellation.
