Calf won't drink

Help please : This morning the bull calf didn't want to drink - it look healthy - eyes are lively, ears prickly and no loose poop - signs of blood in stool.Tried to let him drink some milk - don't know what's the problem!

Need more info: How old is this calf? Blood in the stool generally suggests coccidiosis but not if it's less than 3 weeks old. Did it receive colostrum? Is it on its dam or is this a bottle calf? Does it have a temp (101.5 is normal)? Has it had any vaccinations? Any other symptoms and additional information would be helpful.
