calf losing hair by tail

i have a 3 week calf thats losing hair around its tail and butt area if its from scours the mother must be keeping it pretty clean in one spot looked like a couple of maggots put a few drops of ivomec and sprayed area with fly spray any suggestions of what this is and what to do

I had a 3 week old calf do the same thing, about 2 weeks later hair started growing back looks fine now. not sure what caused it.

where you at? doesn't have a slight wound to start screw worms yet does he. could put some screw worm spray on it
