calf birth defects??

i have a new calf that seems to have enlarged front knees and seems to be down in his front shoulder. never seen this in any of our other calves, does anyone have any idea what might be the problem?? seems to be stiff like when walking. would appreciate any help.

no trauma that i am aware of, ours are pasture bred, so therefore, they birth in the field.

Swollen navel? Is the joint hot? I would give him some pen or NuFlor for joint infection before it spreads and he becomes crippled.

What is the breeding? Club calves have this a lot. It's from bredding too straight cattle.
