Anyone ever bought a truck or car that has been rebuilt? Any problems insuring it? Never dealt with this and was going to ask my agent and the county clerk tomorrow, found what looks good in pics to replace my daughters car but not went to look yet. How much below book value is one worth? This one they are asking about 80% of what one with books for like that. Any suggestions?

We buy a lot of them but only put lilibility ins on them. Should be less than 80% difference though. We buy them for farm trucks and have people driving them that are so stupid they have to beat themselves to sleep at night. Works good for us. One for your daughter I would really go over it.

So, I guess it depends on how severe the damage was, how it was fixed, etc., so try to find out as much info as you can. Doesn't take alot of damage to hit "total" on an older model. Good luck!
They are about 30% below KBB price and 25% below NADA price. Guess I should have used the calculator instead of guessing earlier.
