Here in California they want you to be turned down from 2 other lenders before they'll give you money. I guess if there's no other way to get some funding and that's it, is it still worth it even though all the hassles and USDA on your butt every step of the way? Also, if entering a partnership and one guy has cash and the other gets this loan how does the operation affect the guy who entered w/ cash since he's not involved directly w/ the loan program but his partner is and that affects the operation.
