Let's don't forget by all means a good ol brisket slowly smoked with some of our Texas mesquite.Makes for some mighty fine eatin and then washed down with a good ol Texas Red Draught.

Me and family are doing just that if this 30 to 40 mph. wind dies down.

Almost, we take the front right & rear left quarters one year the balance the following year. Or something like 3 animals over a 2 year period, whichever way you prefer.
