Burying pipe?

This spring I will be burying PVC pipe to supply several paddocks for rotational grazing. I will be using a single shank subsoiler to pull/bury the pipe. I have buried HDPE in this manner but never PVC. With HDPE I would connect a chain about 5 foot from the end of the pipe and allow the pipe to bend around the chain and begin the pull. My question is how would I attach the PVC to the subsoiler to pull it underground?

Glue all your pipe together making sure the bell is going the right direction. Glue a PVC cap on the pulling end and drill a hole thru it. I just use hay wire to connect it to the foot of the ripper. Have everything ready and once you start pulling don't stop until to get to you destination.
