Always liked simis maybe cause it sounds like Limi. I like red cattle pretty good, dought that all Brangus and Limi go for hambuger. But as long as McDonalds sells big mac's the Brangus and Limi folks will have a market.

I know a guy (name removed) trhat buys 20 percent of the cattle going on feed in the US --- Ya know what he wants? (no more than 1/4 Angus) --you kow what he gets from us?
3/4 Sim1/4 angus

I did not know that 20% of the beef sold into Us feed yards was 3/4 sim and 1/4 Angus.

I did not even know that 20% was source verified.
